Overview
Vexin is a historical county located in northern France. This former French county covers a verdant plateau situated on the right bank of the Seine River. Its territory extends roughly east to west between Pontoise and Romilly-sur-Andelle, and north to south between Auneuil and the Seine near Vernon. The plateau is also crossed by the Epte and Andelle river valleys.
